Vivek Menzel
FOUNDER & TECHNICAL DIRECTOR
Vivek Menzel, Footballer & Architectural designer, leads the vision of developing world-class footballers through a holistic, athlete-centred pathway. By integrating elite coaching, education, sports science, nutrition, psychology and mentorship, he is committed to creating sustainable opportunities for talented young athletes to pursue professional careers while developing exceptional individuals on and off the field. A passionate advocate for women’s football, he has played a key role in building one of Karnataka’s fastest-growing multi-championship-winning football organisations, competing at the highest levels of state football.
Alisha D'souza
FOUNDER & STRATEGIC ADVISOR
Alisha drives Technico Excellence Foundation’s mission to expand athlete opportunity and build transparent, accountable systems that strengthen India’s grassroots football ecosystem. With over 15 years of professional experience in structured communications and project management, supported by PMP certification, she ensures every program is designed for measurable impact, operational rigour, and compliance under the Companies Act. A former competitive footballer in the Karnataka State Leagues, she brings lived sporting insight to Technico’s pathways, championing athlete development, community access, and long‑term ecosystem change.
Shonali Mathias
FOUNDER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PARTNERSHIPS
Shonali is an events & marketing leader with over 28 years of expertise spanning education, IT, music, culture & technology. She is known for a natural ability to build genuine relationships and turn them into lasting tie ups,brand partnerships and on-ground experiences that create real impact.
A sports enthusiast who excelled in school and college, she continues to follow sports with a keen interest in high-performance athletes. It’s only natural that she has found her way to set up this foundation.
